Before placing an order, please contact us by phone, fax or email to discuss any queries and check stock availability. We may have additional Specials that could be of interest to you!

Backorders
The Bedlinen Company carries stock in all products to ensure prompt delivery. However, if a product you order is temporarily out of stock you may wish to place it on backorder. We will advise you of the expected despatch date in the unlikely event this occurs and the product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.

Returns
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it in original condition* with a copy of your receipt to our head office within 14 days of receipt. We will happily replace your returned product with an alternative choice or issue a credit, or give you a full refund. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable.

* Original condition means unused, unmarked, unlaundered and in original packaging.

Payment
Payment in full must be received before orders are despatched. The Bedlinen Company has a merchant facility and is able to accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept cheques and money orders. Please allow an extra 5 working days for cheques to be cleared before goods are despatched.
